TONY VINCENT

Tony Vincent was born July 25,1973 in New Mexico. He attended college in Nashville, Tennessee and wrote the first of his 3 cds while studying there. He moved to NY city in 1997, landing his first role in a touring company of RENT and going on to appear in the Broadway production.  His next adventure was the role of Simon Zealots in the 2000 video of Jesus Christ Superstar.  He was slated to perform the same role in the Broadway revival but, at the last minute, took over the role of Judas.  After JCS closed, he was asked byAndrew Lloyd Webber to appear in a series of concerts to introduce the music of Andrew Lloyd Webber in China.

While working on music for his next solo CD he was talked into trying out for a new rock musical based on the music of Queen to premier in London's West End. He landed the lead role of  Galileo Figaro in We Will Rock You and appeared at the Dominion Theater from May 2002 until November 2003.  He returned to the role of Galileo again in 2004, this time for the American production opening in Las Vegas.  Tony is now working on music for a long-awaited new CD.
